New Post form in "Feeds"

Right now users can't post from the "feeds" page which strongly limits engagement, especially when used as the start page. This is a request to add the "New Post" form to the Feeds page. Every good community software has this. P.S. If it's necessary to post into a specific space versus the general Feeds, we could select a standard space to post to, with the option for users to select a different one.
